Wern Jiunn (June) Chin

Master of Clinical Physiotherapy

June is a highly experienced physiotherapist who completed her Master Degree at Curtin University in 2010. June has worked extensively in private practice and has a strong interest in the treatment and management of neck/back pain, prehab and rehab, and assisting clients to improve their quality of life. June is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and speaks colloquial local dialects from Malaysia.

 

June于2006年毕业于南澳大学物理治疗本科专业,继而于2010年从西澳科廷大学获取临床物理治疗硕士学位。June有超过15年的物理治疗经验,擅长治疗颈椎和腰椎伤痛,以及手术后复健治疗。除了英语,June 会说华语、 广东话以及马来西亚汉语方言。

Candy Tam

BSc (Physiotherapy)

Candy graduated from Curtin University in 2008. She spent the initial years of her career in Melbourne, working between aged care and private practice. Since returning to Perth, Candy started her own physiotherapy clinic for eight years before joining Allen Physiotherapy in 2022 to get a better work-life balance for her little family.

 

Candy has a special interest in Clinical Pilates and women’s health. She enjoys working with clients and encouraging self-management strategies to support good functions.  Candy has completed further training in the areas of dry needling, Clinical Pilates, and women’s health to assist with pregnancy, postnatal, pelvic floor and incontinence conditions. Candy is able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.

 

Candy于2008年毕业于西澳科廷大学物理治疗本科专业。曾任职于其他私人诊所和老年人护理机构,Candy拥有13年的物理治疗经验。Candy擅长妇科物理治疗和运用临床普拉提运动系统于复康治疗。Candy会说 英语、广东话和华语。

Craig Allen

BAppSc(Physiotherapy)

PostGradDipSportsPhysiotherapy

Craig is a highly experienced and highly qualified physiotherapist with expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries. Craig has a particular interest in Sports Injury management and prevention having completed postgraduate specialty in Sports Physiotherapy. He has had wide experience in the sports physiotherapy area having worked for more than 30 years in the AFL and WAFL system, including many years with the Fremantle Dockers and WAFL clubs EFFC, SFFC and Swan Districts. Craig has also been heavily involved with Basketball for the last 25 years providing sports physiotherapy coverage in the State Basketball League.

Craig's interests outside of physiotherapy include his basketball coaching and has been fortunate enough to coach WA teams at National Championships over a number of years with many successes including a Bronze Medal in 2019.

Janine Lim

BSc (Physiotherapy)

Janine is a Curtin University physiotherapy graduate who enjoys helping people accomplish optimal pain-free functions through a holistic process of rehabilitation and manual therapy. Janine has a particular interest in the treatment and management of chronic low back/neck pain, stroke rehabilitation, and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She has been able to pursue these interests working in both private practice and aged care. Janine has also undergone training in advanced dry needling and Clinical Pilates. Her experience includes working with the geriatric, paediatric and disabled populations.

Outside of work, Janine enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and spending time at the beach.

Michael (Mikey) Collins

BSc (Physiotherapy)

Since graduating from Curtin University in 2019, Mikey has spent his time treating patients in private practice environments. He has a keen interest in helping his patients improve their quality of life when dealing with chronic neck and back pain.

 

Mikey also has a great interest in assisting patients with their sports injuries and rehabilitation. Mikey has spent many years as a keen sportsman, playing NBL1 & D League for the Willetton Tigers over the last few years. This experience in sport combined with his physiotherapy expertise gives him a great understanding of what is required to get his patients ready to return to their sport of choice.

Amy Rawlings

Swish Performance Remedial Massage

Amy graduated in 2006 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage and now has over 15 years of experience. She runs her personal Remedial Massage business from Allen Physiotherapy where she specialises in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Myosfascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Amy has also worked with a vast range of sporting teams including the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Lynx, Perth Wildcats, Perth Glory, various visiting teams from all sporting codes over east coast and state representative teams as well as sports trainer for Willetton Tigers in the NBL1 West.
